RE: great news for pe benThanks for posting Rational. I have a decent position in this one. This is indeed great news. Now management will know who was behind recent accumulation using National Bank. P E Ben have hardly purchased any shares in their latest share buyback. Hope this motivates them to declare a special dividend or look at a trust format. Kernwood can now lobby to get on the board of directors.
