SGF walks away with $1.4 Billion after spending 8 years proving that the resource has a total value of 10x that (your figures). The major spends $500-800 developing the mine and a cost of, say, $12/ton to mine thereafter, reaping a profit of $25/ton (according to your figures of .17 ct/ton and $218/ct), giving them a net profit of $10 billion. Is this fair to the junior iyho?
