Maple commences drilling at Mt. Kakoulima proDRILLING COMMENCES ON MT. KAKOULIMA NICKEL PROJECT
Maple Minerals Corp. has commenced drilling on its Mt. Kakoulima project in Guinea, West Africa. Initial drilling is taking place on the west grid in order to take advantage of natural water supplies, with the focus subsequently moving to the north grid, where four holes are scheduled to be drilled. Drilling is being conducted by Boart Longyear. A geophysicist from Crone Geophysics will be on site for the duration of the program to conduct borehole geophysics as the boreholes are completed. Maple's partner, FNX Mining Company Inc., is supervising the drilling program.
