TVIRD's assets include the wholly owned Balabag gold-silver mine and Siana gold mine (Siana). It also has in its portfolio of projects its 100%-owned Mapawa project (gold), a 60% indirect interest in the Mabilo project (a copper-gold-iron skarn deposit that offers potential for multi-metal products, namely copper, gold and silver, with by-products magnetite and pyrite), and a 60% interest in Agata Mining Ventures Inc. (nickel/iron DSO mine). Siana is located in Tubod, Surigao del Norte, approximately 35 kilometers from Surigao City and near to Lake Mainit. The Balabag Gold and Silver Mine, which spans a 4,779-hectare Mineral Production Sharing Agreement. The mine is situated within the municipalities of Bayog in Zamboanga del Sur and Diplahan and Kabasalan in Zamboanga Sibugay, Mindanao, Philippines.

I feel I should add to this. If someone wants to load up on this stock right now before the news and in a gold bull market - They may do something like this: when it is trading at .145 , They sell 3000 at .14, then another 3000 at .135, then another 3000 at .13 (everytime the price goes down a little, the bid price gets lower, and then the ask gets lowered by the weaklings) Then they buy 300,000 at .135 It might work eh ??
