NSV/RPTNew Shoshoni optioning claims to Rampart Ventures 2004-10-28 16:52 ET - Property Agreement The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a joint venture agreement dated Sept. 29, 2004, between the company and Rampart Ventures Ltd., pursuant to which the company has agreed to dispose of a 70-per-cent interest in 14 mineral claims located in the Thunder Bay mining district, Ontario, known as the Wolfpup Lake and Black Sturgeon West claim group. In consideration for the disposition, Rampart agrees to pay the company $50,000; issue 250,000 shares (50,000 shares upon approval and 50,000 shares in four yearly tranches); and expend a total of $2.5-million in exploration expenditures over five years ($250,000 within the first year).
