They use their own smelter in Kazakhstan and also a third party
refinery in Switzerland.
The Republic of Kazakhstan is a 100% sovereign country and the
Kazakhs fought their way to freedom and won in 1991.
It took courage and lots of blood to become free from the red occupant.

I love freedom fighters like Kazakhstan and I would invest more in
Kazakhstan right now if I had it.
