That was my understanding as well ... so if that is the case they only need Chemo to be signed up under contract and thats it ... the other signings can come later. So it raises the question why are they now saying they are trying to get contracts signed. Did the Chemo deal fall apart or go flat .... again ???? Time for more Micrex news me thinks. WEH
