If it was me, I would issue a number of options and find someone who has some basic since and strong connections and pay out based on performance.. Get the PRICE UP.. This looks more and more like those stocks that don't move up when the markets moving up, but will easily move down in a selling market..
So, please, before you suggest patients, take a more detailed look and think again...
