Against Proposal #3 (Consolidation of Shares

Against Proposal #3 (Consolidation of Shares I will obviously vote against the proposal #2. As stated by many on this board already, it is rarely in the shareholders' interest when a company consolidates its shares. My guess is that chances are great that Oasis will fall in the 95% group given: - The very poor track record of management - The very bad history of the company. The company did the same thing about 6 or 7 years ago: it consolidated its shares and changed its name. History is repeating itself. - The fact that the company has just been delisted for no reason (nothing to bring confidence) - The very low number of properties owned by the company (most of them have just been written down) and the very high chances that none of them is of quality This stock would be beaten to death as soon as the consolidation is completed. I don't see this stock price staying in the $0.25 range post-closing for more than a few days. The company has nothing to show to the investors to support its stock price. The company needs obviously needs to put its house in order before it can even think of consolidating its shares. They need first to get back on the TSX Ventures. This will help the stock price and slowly re-establish the company credibility. They need to acquire new properties and promote these properties appropriately, in a professional way. This should not be hard since they have already mentioned that they are looking at very promising properties. They need to show that they have a serious business plan in place. It is not unusual to see the stock price of some junior exploration companies to double or even triple when a company announces the acquisition of new properties. Finally, the management needs to re-establish its credibility by demonstrating that they are fully dedicated to Oasis and they are willing to succeed. I would prefer rather to see the company coming back to us in one year from now with the same request. But only after they have done their homework. Things need to be done in the right order. For now, there is no way this proposition makes sense to me. Again, I am voting No! Mart
