The Company is focused on developing critical rare earths elements (CREE), zirconium (Zr) and hafnium (Hf) resources within the Port Hope Simpson-St. Lewis CREE District of Southeast Labrador. The Company's projects include Deep Fox Resource, Foxtrot Resource, Fox Meadow Prospect, Silver Fox Prospect and other REE prospects, including Fox Valley, Foxy Lady and Awesome Fox, along a 64 kilometers (km) long belt forming a REE District in Labrador. The Deep Fox Resource is located approximately two km northeast of the port of St. Lewis on the southeast Labrador coast, within 12 km of the Foxtrot resource. The Fox Meadow Prospect is located approximately 11 km west of Port Hope Simpson and one km northwest of a gravel forest access road which extends southwestward from the Trans-Labrador Highway. The Red Wine property is located approximately 80 km north-east of Churchill Falls, Labrador.

RE: SMY and Equity Financing?Review the Report by D'louhey Merchant to get a feel for what's ahead. If you don't have one email SAMsys IR or PM me and I'll pass you a copy. As for PPS movement, your guess is as good as anyones's. IF we needed some extra cash it wouldn't be until the later part of 2005, thus PPS should be much higher than today's and on the upswing. The momentum would carry us through. I'm of the belief (right or wrong) that we are close to a NR that will represent a material change to the plus side. I think it's a little harsh to say Cliff would be "forced" into a round of financing. He seems astute enough that he will be ontop of the financials before he is forced into doing anything. My opinion only and I do own SAMsys John
