RE: If You.. hob52, I agree that management would probably do a PP within a month of consolidation. The new shareholders' would get a bigger piece of the pie given the very depressed stock price at the expense of the long time shareholders. On the other side, I am not sure that we small shareholders' cannot have any impact on the issue of the vote. I remember one case where the same kind of proposition has been defeated by the shareholders the first time. Management finally came back with the same proposition the year after and finally succeeded. I personally would tend to think that our chances of success are great with Oasis as they need at least the approval of 66% of the shareholders and management controls only 5.0 millions of shares or 7% of the total number of shares.
