Re: The "Grab"

Re: The "Grab"I trust that this is "meaningful" to readers of this Board and not just some crap filler while the stock flounders. Is there any meaningful speculation on how we may benefit as SGI shareholders? Who the He double hockey sticks comes up with these totally rediculous share exchange numbers? Are we not even worth .385 of an SGI share? Even .4 for 1 would have some semblance of swap simplicity AND future trading ease W/O creating a bunch of "part lots". (Perhaps not a hugh problem IF SGI volumns are good and value remains over $1.00.) However, am really concerned that we were undervalued in terms of our land land inventory and would like to know how recent drilling impacted the "SELL The FARM" mentality at the PXL Board table - remember, no one there gets rich at these prices either. (Did not see any "Directorships being promised and/or signs of job security for PXL personnel. Wonder if that relates to success of the drill bits?????) Why did "Senator Jim" throw in the towel. Will agree that growth by acquisition at current take out valuations being paid for OTHER going concerns in the Patch is a non-starter. Makes it tough to "get big". Did the Team just blow their bundle w/o success, or are the well problems referenced earlier just too difficult for this team to manage??? Lets look to some resolution of PXL issues here and no concern ourselves about who grabbed whom, where back when!!! IS a shareholder revolt of any significant value here. How much do "Insiders" control. IS there a better deal possible? Who might be interested in picking up the pieces if Senator Jim left?
