Lawsuit?

Lawsuit? That doesn't seem to make a lot of sense. Everyone's been waiting and hoping for the co. to raise some money, which by all accounts was delayed for 8 months by the TSX-V. Matheson has stated that, and that appears to be the primary reason for the move, a move which will allow the co. to pursue that financing - increasing value for shareholders. You think there's been harm to the shareholders just because it hasn't traded for a couple of weeks? How about a suit against the venture exchange for unnecessarily interfering with the company's business? Unfortunately, I don't think there has ever been a successful suit against an exchange in Canada becuase they are "serving the public interest". They "protected" the shareholders by not allowing the company to raise money.
