Primary Symbol: PSP

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the Red Rocks Global Listed Private Equity Index. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities (including American depositary receipts (ADRs) and global depositary receipts (GDRs)) that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index is composed of securities, ADRs and GDRs of 40 to 75 private equity companies, including business development companies (BDCs), master limited partnerships (MLPs) and other vehicles.

I sold my position in PSP and I have nothing to gain by posting my opinion, that's what this board is all about, expressing individual opinions. The valuation on this stock is about .30 cents. I initially bought PSP because of CEP's run up and for no other reason. It was a high risk trade and I benefitted from it. (I made some Christmas shopping money). PSP is riding the WAVE. If you took the time to read the financials you would figure it out for yourself. So don't put a whole lot of faith in this company cause you are going to lose. Take you profits and be happy.
