Fair enough. I still like the company and its potential. Until they have some decent sales to report (next quarter??) I am not too concerned about missing this filing deadline. Next quarter will be year end. The audited statements are more important to get done on time. They have more time and no outstanding issues like last year so with proper planning they should have no excuses.
