Not quite.
All data is held on TT/SB and accessed via the psuedo xml api. Any query about flight availability (held on GDS or openfares) or tours (held in tourtek) must build the web page from data queried fron TT/SB.

Sounds like too many modules to me!! Unless they break down into a small number of groupings, mandatory and optional.

). Truth is I haven't bought or sold in open market in some months. My belief is that a well educated investor will only respond to news that is material, and that puts pressure on the compnay to do stuff that makes a material difference and not to waste time on resources on stuff that simply hypes the SP temporarily. In the past we had the next big idea that was going to make a fortune, sold to investors to rasie money, then quietly forgotten about when it never materialsed to be replaced with the next big idea.
You don't see much of that anymore. They have staked the compnay's future on TT/Sb and we all know how important it is.
Since starting this crusade about three years ago the compnay has radically changed in it's IR and direction and for the longest time ever maintained a relatively consistent course. Investors are largely saying the same thing, deliver the systems you promised, shows us you can make money.
There have been some course corrections, speedres is standing on it's oown two feet and generating more profit than when we took them over! There are no longer short term plans to replace 20 speedres customers with TT/SB in 3 months, I am sure some people remember that claim.
And when the speedres interface to the TT/SB/GSD API is complete, there is potential to significantly increase functionality of speedres and income from many of the speedres customers. This is low risk (it bolts a web front end to their existing speedres systems) and adds the ability to book flights onscreen held on GDS or on our TT/SB openfares database.
We are all sitting waiting to see if they can deliver, and hoping they do. They have gone someway to show they can, but have also confirmed an ongoing achilles heel of very slow delivery, and always more implementations problems than anticipated. These won't be solved overnight. They should certainly improve with time, question is how much.
There are a lot of people pulling for SCS, management and investors alike, even the share owning bashers in their own way. This is not one of the busiest boards on stockhouse for no reason.
