RE: Mova Pharmaceutical

RE: Mova PharmaceuticalThe float was small in relation to the average of s&ptsx participants and by the looks of it the company will have ~85 million o/s. So if my read on things is correct we increase the float 55% to more than double earnings Mova is on track to earn between 21 and 22 million for 04 while Patheons is looking at approximately 13.5 million (all in USD). They refinanced the NA debt (hopefully in USD) and they get plants with a lower overall cost base (labour, taxes, etc.) than the company average, I believe. Down side is good will; they will likely write a portion of it down the first chance that they get. Also the increase of debt, but on a comparative basis it looks as if it won't increase substantially. IMHO, it looks good on the surface but the devils in the details and we don't know them all yet. We'll see what the market thinks shortly. Good luck to all
