low lifes at it againFirst of all Sugartrain, should I call you Sugartrain or should I call you PYRRHO or should I call you by one of your other many aliases? It wasn't too diffucult to follow your tracks. People like you disgust me. Your sole purpose is life is to try and create controversey or panic amongst investors who may not be fully informed, just so you can make a few bucks while trading a stock. It's well known that there are companies out there who are trying to do what VRX does; however, it is also known that their technology is inferior to that of VRX. Also, just because they are able to produce a type of content, doesn't mean they are able to host it in an efficient manner. Why do you think Expedia has not done business with any of these other companies? The company you posted has been around since 1998, yet they have no large contracts ... hmmmm, obviously there are problems within their technology. The other thing that Sugartrain is counting on is that people will panic come Dec 1, when a contract is not announced with Expedia. Will a contract be announced by Dec 1? I have no idea, but I doubt it - it's only a date that doesn't mean much. Does this mean that all negotiations are off - NO. Does this change VRX's new business model - not at all. I still think that Expedia will make a takeover attempt for VRX and here is why ... The main thing that Expedia wants is exclusivity. Why do they want exclusivity? Because they do not want their competition to have access to VRX. If VRX will not sign an exclusivity contract with Expedia, Expedia has few choices left. They can either join the new VRX model along with all the other intermediaries that will be signed up once VRX has built up their archive, or Expedia can buy out VRX so they can have them to theirselves. I won't bother getting into details, because I have discussed this before, but people should really ask themselves why Expedia would want an exclusive clause with VRX and not any other content supplier/provider? This just goes to show how scared Expedia is of VRX reaching Expedia's competition! Also, if Expedia wants exclusivity so bad, would it make any sense for them to walk away after Dec 1? - not likely. This is definitely one situation where the little guy is in full control!!! Right now, Expedia isn't in a real panic to buy them out because VRX needs to build their archive - this could take a couple months; however, Expedia isn't able to build their own archive while they sit on the sidelines. I think Expedia will curl up and pout for awhile before they regroup and decide how they need to approach VRX. Anyway, my original point was directed at investors and to watch out for unscrupulous scumbags who will try anything to get your shares. This goes for any company on the bullboards - especially at this time of year with month end and tax loss selling upon us.
