There would be no requirement that they refill the decline. Once its constructed, it can be used for further development or used for additional exploration. To the South of the Ram along the strike, you have the Horseshoe and several other zones that are mainly on FCO ground, but which are accessed underground by Noranda workings. Those workings are also open and could be used to bulk sample FCO ore or act as underground drilling locations.
