Options question

Options questionWhen is it acceptable for the CEO of a company to sell options or shares? Would you prefer Naj to sell his shares today at current prices to institutions who are interested in getting involved with this company OR would you prefer Naj sells his shares into the open market 2-3 months down the road when US singings have been announced and the shares are trading at $3.00? Is it possible Naj is doing us all a favour by selling now? Or do you guys simply think he should just let his options expire? Cmon guys, the guy has a right to sell a small percentage of his stake. Could be he is doing us a big favour. Time will tell (next 2-3 months) HardRockAngel
