Absolutely ayedgal, great post. What I was suggesting in my post was that another way to look for which firms will end up first with the properties and then having what it takes to grind through the hard years to get a project developed, is looking at the people. Good firms attract talent, even when they are small. You can get a good idea on which minerals companies will make it by tracking those people. Its a means of giving yourself a first pass in tracking the companies, then you can wait for trigger points to maximize your return, as you have suggested in your posts.
