Additional info FYI a number of states have indicated, Pa. being one, have indicated they want to have a hybred vehicle fleet. I contacted one of my senators this morning about the input to Ray Henderson. I suggest to contact a number of political types.Also,don't think there are not Arab Muslims types whom don't want to derail all alternative energy sources as this means the end of their political clout. My CIA kid tells me this is a very real issue for approx the next 30/40 years, and should be a part of the reason for a cobalt mine. Also one other point reread Phils comments and read inbetween the lines a little bit about Noranda. There is a lot there and Scott is very well planned on this step, more than most aware.
