RE: selling shares $$$$$$

RE: selling shares $$$$$$first of all gohabs... GET IT RIGHT... its gocanucks ! I agree with your assessment for the most part, and I think what your saying can be applied to many situations... buy on rumour, sell on news, usually works. BUT... I think there's a bunch more at play here... For the last 18 months, this company has done an extremely poor job of building or even maintaining investor confidence.... I dont really want to re-hash it all, its been discussed ad-nauseum on this board.... The bottom line is, we saw a number of major institutional holders head for the exits at the same time.... we ended up in an extreme oversold condition, amplified by less than stellar phase II two results from rAAT that were really inconsequential... Regardless, while the stock was in the process of touching 3+ year lows , management was actually quite admirably pulling a number of the long standing platform initiatives together. This was all conveyed to us in the last conference call... Rather than have 3 -4 major developments closing over the course of a couple of years, it appears were going to be getting them over the course of a couple quarters, base on what we've been told. Meanwhile they've hired good new IR people that are getting the word out and re-assuring principal shareholders, especially the larger institutions. It looks like a number of them have become buyers again ( see the recent re-accumulation by ACUITY ) My point is this, we are sitting anticipating news on a number of fronts.... Because of the way all of these things have been handled, the market simply isnt willing to give value credence to any of these alleged deals until they are done with money in the bank and this is where I think your wrong... They just simply arent discounted, in fact, I am not sure they're even broadly understood. Its my opinion that as these deals are announced and consumated one by one, we are going to begin the steady march to substantially higher levels as the reality of the situation becomes clearer to the market in general. Combine all of that with the press that we'll get as a result of the very " TOPICAL" issues the technology is addressing, and the market will build in a nice premium beyond some rational underpinning value. ie: this is a likely headline in the next six months : PROMETIC ( PRDT / ARC / PLI / MacoPharma ) announce they have received CE approval for the first commercially available filter capable of removing BSE Prions from BLOOD.... get lead order from BRITISH GOVERNMENT for 5 million units... many other government agencies said to be interested. What does the market do with that ? ANYWAY... if your in this for the day to day trade.. you may be right.... if your in this for a week and 1402 results come out positive.... you'll likely be very wrong good luck
