Rockpitch--Glad to see your calculations of Balaton's potential! Do these 1 for 1 share deals represent to you the likely, the possible, or the outrageously hopeful projections for a deal? I understand that you were illustrating possibilities, and sure do like the idea of 60 cents a share divvy for the next several years. Any thoughts on how our deposit's value might compare with other actual recent deals by Alcan, Alcoa or others? Is a 10 or 20% dilution within a range historically done? Also I recall a poster mentioning a possible lock-up of the free shares for a year or two-- that's the one thing that makes me a little bit...thoughtful (how's that for a euphemism).
