Star Diamond Corporation is a Canada-based company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. It also holds a 100% interest in the Buffalo Hills Diamond Project, located approximately 400 kilometers northwest of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The property covers a total of 21 mineral leases covering an area of approximately 4,800 hectares (ha).

Actually, the $975mil was 400mt x .13 x $150usd x 1.25 exch rate. Mea culpa on the NPV, I did forget to apply the 25% success factor in my haste. That said I think I now prefer nopoo's 10% rule of thumb

But in all seriousness it may turn out to be a reasonable measuring stick if the values come in where I expected.
