RE: Insider trading at www.sedi.ca

RE: Insider trading at www.sedi.carusst2, your factual points are well taken but I'm not sure what your overall point is. We longs who got in at the option prices you mentioned, and lower, are also happy and hanging around with all and, in most cases, some of our position, because it seems evident that there is way more to come. I don't mind employees who help in the building of a successful company benefiting through stock options or bonuses or high salaries. We very recently had $41 M of institutional buying at $5.20/share. I think that is stark testimony to institutional expectations and confidence in RailPower. It would be just plain prudent for employees to take some of their position and cash in. It would probably be imprudent, that's my assessment anyway, to cash in their whole position. Now I may be missing something and am happy to learn.
