Its primary products and services are cemetery lots, crypts, niches, monuments, caskets, urns and other merchandise, funeral services, after-life celebration services and cremation services. Its products and services are sold on a pre-planned basis or at the time of death. It has one stand-alone funeral home located in Durham, North Carolina; one stand-alone funeral home and one on-site funeral home and cemetery located in Abingdon, Virginia; eight stand-alone funeral homes, two stand-alone cemeteries and one on-site funeral home and cemetery located in and around the Savannah, Tennessee area; three stand-alone funeral homes located in Brampton, Woodbridge and Toronto, Ontario and more.

Do you know up to date information? I called Ray yet again days ago and we are still waiting for the accountants to submit the 2003 financials to the TSX. This has taken 6-8 weeks which boggles the mind. Ray also continues to state that negotiations with a yet un-named company are still not completed whereby they would purchase the PLC shell. The proposed steps are relist on the TSX and then finalize the deal. I have been fed the same story for 3 months. I will continue to listen until 1 of the 2 goes south. Anyone care to comment? Hab
