Email to IVW Management II

Email to IVW Management III just sent off an email with the Dow Jones story regarding Regulation SHO. The website which shows the current 'naked short' issues, including IVWFF can be found at https://www.nasdaqtrader.com/aspx/regsho.aspx As a shareholder, I am concerned that Ivernia has been victim to this naked shorting fraud. It is now no longer a matter of speculation that shares of Ivernia have been manipulated, it is a matter of public record. There are, I understand, more than one million shares short of IVW, at least, officially. The naked short position will be monitored daily by the Nasdaq, as I read the procedure. I have written to IVW in the recent past regarding my concerns about manipulation of the share price in intraday trading. The fact that Ivernia has been targeted by short sellers who have the ability to 'create' shares is very disturbing to me, as an equity-holder. I have seen small cap firms with a good product/service and revenue growth crushed by naked shorting in the past. A quick and firm response to this attack on Ivernia's integrity would be welcome from management. Be aware that the clearing agents and the regulatory agencies have benefitted monitarily from these illegal activities, so the problem will not 'take care of itself'. It may be instructive to see the response of other firms who are on the list, as well. Good luck, you are in for a battle. vocex1
