You may want to be careful, as most of these companies are pretty careful about copyrights. The only spot I can think of that you can post something like that anonymously would be on the Usenet, a.k.a. the newsgroups. A good newsgroup would be “alt.invest.penny-stocks” I realize that this is not a penny stock but that is the only newsgroup I know that pertains to the stock market
