Time to go long again?

Time to go long again?Profits have been firm over the last year. P/E ratio is low. Big market interest in alternative materials, lower energy costs, fuel cells,etc. My gut tells me its time to go long again. Any thoughts on the future of the powder metal devision and engine cylinders?
