RE: Question?

RE: Question? If Westaim where to spin off Nucryst tomorrow you would keep your shares of WED , plus receive additional shares of the new company ( Nucryst IPO ). So if you held a 1,000 shares of WED now , you would receive ( a ratio ) maybe 1,000 new shares for Nucryst . The market would ultimately decide the value of the new shares . That said I don't think right now is a good time for a IPO because the market isn't giving much of a valution for ifire . As both Nucryst & ifire move further along Westaim would be in a better position to consider it . I do believe a IPO is in the future , my impression of management is that they're going to see things through & will unlock the value when the timing & conditions are right . Cheers The Bridgejumper
