Can We Believe What We've Been Told

PSH has a 10% interest in 5 producing wells in Texas which are presently providing monthly income. PSH has already paid their part for the drilling of 7 more wells in Texas. PSH is going to participate in a deep well drilling (10,000 feet) in Texas. PSH has an interest in 2 producing wells in Michigan and, we believe, a third well which may be the biggest producer of all. A pipeline to the Michigan property has been applied for an approved. PSH has a large lease in Alberta and have an agreement with someone who is going to pay the cost of redrilling existing wells or new wells with no cost to PSH. If we believe all of this is true, and I haven't seen any evidence to the contrary, what would be the reason for anyone to sell at this time. The fact is that many people are selling. Could our information be wrong or have so many people just given up because things are not progressing as fast as they think they should?
