RE: First Associate buying the hell out of PLI !
My spies in Toronto tell me that a draft of the HML
financing prospectus is being shopped around. I think the completion
is imminent. No idea on terms although I have to think it
would be reasonably large... ie $20mm ? (total guess)
As I speculated before, I believe they have waited for proof of concept of Cascade, that's why its so seemingly late. I imagine we will get the financing, scale up and PLI milestone announcement virtually simulaneously.
