This has absolutely nothing to do with EV. It specifically says EV has not been named inthe law suit. This could have been done with any company's shares (Molson, General Motors, or any other company). It just so happens it was EV that was being traded. This is simply a broker being sued by his former clients for unauthorized trading in the client's accounts.
