RE: TVL pattern indicative of News ReleaseAmmendments to the interest rates do not really affect speculative stocks like TVL. For eg., the TSE went down 173 points on Friday, but TVL went up 60 cents. Interest rates in my opinion affect blue chip stocks for the most.
