RE: The JCI Trojan Horse

RE: The JCI Trojan HorseAnalyst, Why would JCI want to own Thermal when they can increase their deal size by 40% every time. Why would Mr. Angus be making announcements about the strength that Forget and others will add, clearly trying to send a message to shareholders. If JCI was trying to buy Thermal, they would be driving the stock down not up. There would have been very quiet announcements about the JCI folks joining, not huge press releases! Also, JCI is not in the business of aquiring tiny companies, they use them as partners and package their technology into a larger offering. Did you ever consider that JCI may be part of a PP or something and is taking a quiet position knowing that the stock will go up due to real sales that are coming. JCI would never be allowing the stock to go up based on their good name if they wanted to buy it, since it would cost them more in the end and would simply be stupid. Things to ponder. Youngblood
