RE: Why?The price has been heady and not based on fundamentals. Rather it has been based on a very promising future seemingly assured by the fast pace between development, rigorous, extensive, and multiple successful testing of products and a meangful number of early orders, including orders by a Tier I Railway. When companies exhibit this pattern, they often are nurtured by positive news releases that provides constant assurance to the market that the heady prices are warranted. RailPower is a bit new starved right now. I think that if there is a problem, that is it, especially given that most investors in RailPower can sell at $4.80 - $5 and make multiples of their original investment. My view, that I've expressed many times, is that the story as it has unfolded to this point is so strong that it would take more than the lack of news for a month or two to shake my confidence. This is a company that has $55 M in treasury, $46 M of which has recently been supplied at $5.20/share by Institutions that have much more knowledge, experience and savy than myself. So if other individuals are dumping, to the extent that can, I'm happy to give you my cash for your shares.
