Maybe but even the newsrelease leaves you with a funny taste in your mouth. With all that I have been able to learn the deal does make sense but I doubt very much that you will see any enthusiasm for it in the market. I have been on the sidelines since the last runup .The stock is still undervalued though and if a good buying opportunity comes along I will jump back in. Personally I doubt if this deal has any impact whatsoever on the share price.
