RE: Late filing

RE: Late filingThat is actually pretty well documented. The accounting firm that they were working with resigned. From a letter by the former Auditor: "Following the recent Rule 52-108 on surveillance of auditors, the firm decided to stop offering auditing services to public issuers." Full text of that letter can be found at: https://www.sedar.com/csfsprod/data52/filings/00731421/00000001/a%3A%5CPrevious.PDF I doubt anything that happened here falls outside of the normal annoyances that plague companies when dealing with accountants but the outcome of it all looks pretty clumsy. Specially the part where they promise to get it done for a certain date and then leave shareholders and the exchange hanging without further notice.
