No point. 2:1 is the most that they could do with the float that they have and the share price would just drop to where it is now. No, what they need to do is sell their product and make money and they seem to be unable to do that. Management's fault. They need new management, but that costs money they don't have. I see a takeover as the only salvation for shareholders at this point.
