Thanks for your interest.
As to how do I decide what stories to write, that's a good question. There
is no
set criteria. I tend to pass on penny stocks, anything below $2-$3. There
are
just so many that it is just too hard to keep track of them all. I already
have
dozens of companies to follow and I have to draw a line somewhere. I'm just
one
guy.
I also tend to pay more attention to the stocks that some of the big fund
managers are talking about and to companies that are followed by several
analysts. Usually that means the company has a decent-sized market cap.
Other than that, I try to write about companies that are interesting.
Admittedly, I haven't taken a hard look at Tri Vision. I probably will keep
my
eye on it more, but it won't really hit the radar screen until I hear for
sure,
or read, that they've hit the big deal. Until then it remains speculative I
believe. I'm also not sure that I could write anything new about the company
that hasn't already been written about over the past year or two.
I'm open to other opinions though.

Dear Scott,
I am interested in knowing your opinion about TVL (Tri Vision
International) - trading on the TSE. TVL holds the international rights for
the
V-CHIP. The V-CHIP is used in blocking certain TV programs that contain
certain
violent or sexual material. The V-CHIP as you might be aware is gaining alot
of
exposure in the US due to the recent High School shootings and so forth, and
the
US Congress apparently is working on a bill that will make the V-CHIP
mandatory
in every TV in the US.
The reason for this email basically is that I am interested in knowing your
opinion about this company. Secondly, I am wondering why such a company is
not
getting as much exposure as it is supposed to get. Moreover, I would like to
know why for example when the V-CHIP was mentioned on CNN Larry King Live a
couple of days ago, and was talked about quite a bit, how come this was not
covered by the Dow Jones news service, and what does it take for a story to
be
covered by a news service like Dow Jones?
I would greatly appreciate any response from you with regards to that matter.
Regards,
