holding 45 million out of a possible 202 million shares is 25% i dont see that as being a huge insider holding so obviously you are better connected than I but since halbouni came into the picture there has been a heavy dilution problem. why? we are a largest diamond mining company in china and we sit at this .12 range??? really how bad was po he kept the dilution down however there were halts but at least it was exciting times, now we have nothing. nicholson and this fine of 15,000 pi##es me off because they release this now and not a year ago. what is the net value of this company and does it equate to 202 million shares x 0.12= $24,240,000 is this company only worth that much
