RE: warrants offer results

RE: warrants offer resultssurprise, surprise that the warrants were all exercised. Why not when the rest of the shareholders have to exercise rights - 4 of them to buy a share at a dime. warrants holders exercise and then dump to the next batch of starry eyed dreamers. Nice that the warrants exercised at a dime instead of at the 20 cent plus range- like buying things on sale, oh yes, not to mention that the "new" shares could be sold at 12 cents. Not bad turning a 20% quick profit, but at whose expense. With close to 500 million shares out this is becoming a joke. This will head back to a dime and then a flurry of activity around the rights...oh yes, if you don't exercie your rights then they are made available to others that want them so that they can be exercised. I am sure that this will ride down to a dime, up a couple of cents, rights get exercised, down to a dime, and the roller coaster continues, more shares out, new young starry eyed investors. Some players, same pumpers, but nothing gets done and the price of gold is still holding at over $400. What happens to this stock if gold drops below $400 or even below $350?? Any guesses on what the roll-back will be? How about 20 to 1, but then again that would still result in 25 million shares out. Lets try 50 to 1, then there would only be 10 million shares out and stock could trade at $5. Imagine that there will then be lots of room to undertake future financings. Would like to hear from others, but please dont pump- its not healthy!
