The Balabag Gold and Silver Mine, which spans a 4,779-hectare Mineral Production Sharing Agreement. The mine is situated within the municipalities of Bayog in Zamboanga del Sur and Diplahan and Kabasalan in Zamboanga Sibugay, Mindanao, Philippines.

Is it or is it not a loan?If this is just a loan, then there will be no share dilution - just interest to pay ... is this correct?
