RE: PP mentioned in Circular

RE: PP mentioned in CircularI agree BombVark, They would not mention doing a PP right now unless it was in the cards to happen in the near future. As an ITS holder, I was all for voting yes to this merger, but I am getting fed up! With the obvious stock manipulation to screw the ITS shareholders on the merger terms, and now adding in the if/when the new PP shows up in order to sale high up Mucky-mucks a large portion of our merged company at rock bottom share prices, it is too much. Screw me once, shame on you. Screw me twice and I'll be real easy the third time. That said, I could never understand how everyone kept saying how Bonanza was so well financed with $10 million. I don't see them getting much accomplished at Copperstone or Fenelon with that amount. Just the same, prove up some significant resources at Copperstone and Fenelon first with $5 million, then float a PP. Don't screw the current stock holders at these pre-merge lows stock price, unless your only concern is that the mucky-mucks get in cheap at our expense.
