I think the key to this Baxter / ARC announcement is the fact that HML is obviously focussed on being more than just a "contractor" for ARC (where they would be paid based on Plasma throughput ) HML is probably correctly focussing on leveraging the CASCADE production efficiency / cost advantage by contracting Plasma supply on the open market and then independently selling the fractionated products to various clients.
