Management has participated in almost every placement to date whether it was at .18, .15, .14, or at .10 Fact is, they have put their own money up front all along the way, and, they have almost ALWAYS paid more than what they could buy the shares for on the open market. So, buying $5000 worth of shares to close an offering is just what they do; they invest in their own company over and over again every time it is required. In a way, it is like taking shares instead of a REAL salary. This is, IMO, a group of honest hard working people that are vested in their own vision. IMO, your slander was ignorant based on the facts. So, I can't say whether this stock will go to $1 soon, but i can say that management will buy more if it sells downward. IMO, it is because they know what it is really worth good tradin' -oldtimer
