RE: not good...one thing i am concerned is that Fraser is buying at this level to keep the share price inflated for a reaseon.. does the share price have to be at certain level for the deal to go through? how about the break up fee.. what if VMS has mis-informed PO of material info..then surely PO does not have to pay the break up fee?? There is still too many uncertainty for me to feel safe It's still good that Fraser is buying shares with cold cash.
