finalizing arrangements

finalizing arrangementsJust received the ususal annual package and was very interested/intrigued by the Form 61 - Schedule C: Management Discussion it goes like this... (also see SEDAR May 20, 1999 posting). Dear Shareholder, In a news release dated February 3, 1999 the Company announced that arrangements had been made to test the plasma samples from Phase II macaque study of the Company's patented monoclonal antibody 1F7 (mAb 1F7). The tests were to be made by the U.S. National Cancer Institute as arranged by Immpheron, Inc., the Company's research partner on the project. To date, Immpheron has been unable to have the tests completed. Given the continuing delay in completion of the project, your Board of Directors has looked for other ways to enhance shareholder value. The Board has considered a number of courses of action and is currently finalizing arrangements which it thinks will be very beneficial for the Company. The Board expects to be able to announce the changes before the Annual General Meeting, and if so, will provide a full review of the Company's proposed plans at that time. ... can't wait to see what will be very beneficial for the Company ! The annual general meeting is scheduled for June 29... anybody going ? So far it looks like the new management really means business and they seem to be in the process of building a solid foundation for years to come.
