The only thing I'd add is that at WND's locations the wind blows during the time of highest electricity demand, peaking power, so it has significant value. And while wind is intermittent, it is predictable. From March to August, the wind blows pretty regularly, every afternoon, at the SW USA sites...so the company's can schedule it more readily.
